AG Technologies provides IT services for individuals and businesses. We respect the privacy of visitors and clients who contact us through our website.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we receive information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, customer type, requested service and message. We use this information to answer your inquiry, communicate with you and arrange a service when applicable. Please do not send passwords or banking details through this form.

Third-party services

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. FormSubmit forwards form submissions to our business Outlook inbox. These service providers may process technical data and the information required to deliver their services, under their own privacy practices. Some processing may occur outside Québec.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 may collect information about site visits, including pages viewed, interaction events and browser technical information. It may use cookies. We do not send contact form contents (names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages) to Google Analytics. You can refuse or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” without losing access to the site.

Security and retention

We use information only for the stated purposes and retain it as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations. We take reasonable precautions to restrict access. No Internet transmission can be guaranteed entirely risk-free.
